This unique and distinctive fixture is ideal for installation in sidewalks or promenades. Designed to be cast in concrete, flush to the lower rim, the unit is exceptionally well suited to areas of high traffic density. The heavy cast aluminum top plate and pilasters make it virtually indestructible. The fixture is weathertight with the fresnel diffuser sealed by silicone U-shaped gaskets under compression. Integral junction box has barrier plate forming separate compartment for “pass through” wireway.
